High Rollers at the Gate ...

Riff Raff is a Houston born and raised rapper. Don’t worry if you haven’t heard of him before, he also uses over a dozen of other aliases such as Iceberg Simpson, Neon Icon, The Freestyle Scientist, Peach Panther, Versace Vampire and man more. We know him as Jody Highroller.

His real name is Horst Simco .

He was born in 1982. He started performing in 2005 but reached a breakthrough around 2008 and 2009. Until that happened, he also went to film auditions, even P.Diddy’s Making the Band. Eventually, he made it to MTV’s reality show From G’s to Gents second season and even though he was eliminated in the second episode, he did make and impression which helped him career as a hip hop artist and a rapper.

Jody Highroller, that’s also the name of his website, released his first album in 2013. It’s called How To Be the Man. It was recorded with Neon Icon and produced by DJ Mustard. During his works on the album, he heavily collaborated with various artists and DJs such as Boi-1da, OJ da Juiceman and Cap 1, Mac Miller, Childish Gambino, Paul Wall, Mike Posner, Amber Coffman and Slim Thug.

Rolling Stone added Jody Highroller’s album into the 27 must-hear albums in 2014. Currently Jody Highroller is working his second album, Peach Panther. The first single Spazz Out has already been released in 2015.
